IHM Meeting Summary Mar 15 2018
Attended by Ben Webb, Tom Goddard and Brinda Vallat
-
The Python-IHM repository has been updated with a a fully worked example. Some spatial restraint information, such as crosslinks. are yet to be added.
-
Issue 56: The information regarding whether the dataset is used for modeling or validation can be provided in the
IHM_DATASET_GROUP
category. In case an experimental dataset (such as, a set of crosslinks obtained from a single experiment) is split into two sets (one used for modeling and one used for validation) then, the dataset should be split into two separate ones in theIHM_DATASET_LIST
category. Further discussion is required to evaluate if this is the ideal way to represent this information. -
BV is working on addressing Issue 58 this week.
-
The IMP GitHub repository now has data for Nup133, Nup82 and Pom152 systems, which were used in the full NPC modeling. These are still not complete.
-
New ChimeraX updates this week broke the IHM reader and has been fixed.
-
The next meeting will be on Thursday, March 22nd 2018, at 12:00 PM Eastern time.
