IHM Meeting Summary Feb 9, 2017

Attended by BW, TG and BV

1. Discussion on the use of restraints derived from FRET data in integrative modeling.

   • Implications on ihm_multi_state_modeling, ihm_time_ordered_ensemble and ihm_model_representation categories.
   • Action item: Follow up during meetings at Rutgers in two weeks.

2. Discussion on the IHM-dictionary Github issues.

   • Issue 6, starting model details: May require separate categories to handle experimental and comparative models. BV will update dictionary accordingly.
   • Issues 4, 13, 16, 17 (specific to IMP examples): Will be handled by BW after dictionary updates.
   • Issue 14: BV will add a model name data item to ihm_model_list category.
   • Issue 8: Documentation will be updated by BV after dictionary updates.

3. Monthly meetings to be held with a larger group including members of the representation and validation sub-group and other wwPDB parters. Schedule will be put up once the dates are confirmed.
