IHM Meeting Summary Feb 17, 2017

1. Discussion on the IHM-dictionary Github issues.

   • Issue 6, starting model details (closed): Separate category for starting comparative models added.
   • Issue 14 (closed): Added model name data item to ihm_model_list category.
   • Issue 2 (closed): Added new table for all external files.
   • Add other ab initio models as a starting model source.
   • Add sequence identity denominator in ihm_starting_comparative_models
   • Need dictionary changes to be adopted to IMP models - Nup84, exosome and mediator (Noted by TG via email).

2. Add more IMP structures to PDB-Dev

   • Nup82 is next in line.
   • Need PDB-Dev ids on deposition.

3. Follow up from Salilab meeting

   • Clarity required in multi-state modeling category (refer to issue 21).
   • Can ihm_time_ordered_ensemble category be generalized to any ordered set of I/H models? Need clarity on the purpose of this generalization.
   • The I/H modeling hierarchy Figure can be improved.

4. BW to follow up on scheduling meeting with a larger group (including postdocs from labs for the task force members and representatives from wwPDB) on 2/23/2017.
