Promised amount
Promised amount means the amount of cash the miner promises to exchange for the similar amount of Dcoin coins of the same currency. To add the promised amount miner needs to send a new_promised_amount. transaction to the DC-network. As soon as this transaction enters the DC-network, other miners that have similar currency in their promised amounts shall decide by voting if this miner can add such promised amount.
When adding a new promised amount it is necessary to make a video, on which you say any phrase in a language of the currency that you’re adding. Any language is acceptable for USD and EURO. Purpose of such video is to show other miners that will be verifying you that you can speak the national language of the currency that you wish to add. Video shall be specified in the new_promised_amount transaction.
Miner has right to change the promised amount at any time. To do so one needs to send a change_promised_amount transaction to the DC-network. If the promised amount was already requested, i.e. if a cash_request_out transaction is already in a block, it is impossible to change the promised amount.
As soon as the promised amount is approved, coins are accrued to it. The higher is the promised amount and the longer the miner has it open, the more coins he/she receives. If a promised amount is requested by another miner and such request is satisfied, in this case such promised amount is granted a “completed” status, while coins for it continue to grow. But if such a request is not satisfied, the growth stops.
If a promised amount was not requested by other miners, it can be deleted. Upon deletion, all Dcoins that were not added to the wallet are automatically transferred there.
request to exchange the specified promised amount or 1/5th of it for the similar amount of Dcoins may come at any time. Such a request may come from any miner that has a necessary amount of Dcoins in his wallet. After such amount of cash is transferred, miner shall give you a code, which shall be specified in a cash_request_in transaction. After such cash_request_in is added to the block chain, you will receive the amount of Dcoins specified in the cash_request_out. What happens, if you fail to enter the code within 48 hours.
Maximum requested amount is determined by voting separately for each currency.
If you wish to receive DC from promised amounts, you need to specifiy a location on a map, where it would be convenient for you to meet another miner to give him the cash. Miners that shall vote for your promised amount will verify if such a location is a residential area.
In case personal meeting is inconvenient for you, you may additionally specify several payment systems that you wish to use to transfer the promised amount. By doing so, any miner may request your promised amount to be given to him/her in cash at the place you marked on a map.
