  • DAWNTRAIL UPDATES

    • Added some missing skin diffuse paths for repathing old skin diffuses.

    • Mod Tags should now be properly preserved when updating PMPs/Penumbra Folders
    • Fixed old TTMPs failing to update if their image names contained invalid unicode characters.

    • Moved some unknowns down from the Edit Raw buttons into the main UI.
    • Renamed Submat Unknown and Wetness based on new information.
    • Editor will now stay on the same row after saving the file.
    • Editor now shows the correct Dye names and hides unused fields when editing CharacterLegacy materials.
  • MODEL EDITOR

  • DAWNTRAIL UPDATES

    • Penumbra Library Updates can now be run faster, in batches of up to 20 mods at a time.
    • Penumbra Library Updates now allow you to opt out of file compression if you so choose.
    • You may now select Multiple modpacks at once from the modpack upgrader.
      • When upgrading multiple modpacks at once via this option, the finished modpack files will be saved to the default location. (Same place as the original modpack with _dt added onto the end of the file name)
  • BUGFIXES

    • Fixed MipMaps not being generated on textures in custom/unusual directories.
  • UI

    • Weapons and Accessories have now been split off from Gear into their own top level categories.
    • Weapons now have sub-categories for each job/weapon type.
    • Fixed IMC errors when opening/editing Offhand weapons for Viper/Monk/etc.
    • Fixed model reading for Monk Glove-type offhand weapons.

    • Fixed an issue where files would not be read properly in PMPs or Penumbra Folders if both the DefaultOption group and custom groups were both in use.
    • Fixed an issue where mod tags would not be copied through when reading/writing PMPs or Penumbra Folders
    • Fixed saved PMP group numbers starting at 0 in the json group names instead of 1.
  • DAWNTRAIL UPDATES

    • Au Ra tail diffuse textures are now automatically repathed.
    • Rolled back normal map repathing for body textures, as the format changed enough to make it problematic.
  • TEXTURES

    • Added -bc q flag to BC7 DDS Conversions to improve the conversion quality.
  • MODELS

    • The Model Importer will now error if the total vertex data size is past FFXIV's limits.
    • Models will now smartly remove unused vertex information and compress the vertex data types if necessary in order to try to fit large models into the vertex data size limits, when possible.

  • DAWNTRAIL UPDATES

    • Added automatic skin-repathing for diffuse and normal textures.
      • This should preserve custom body tattoos in almost all cases, and will partially preserve old scale mods.
    • The upgrade disclaimer has been updated appropriately.
  • MISC

    • Output Skin textures in FBX import should now be significantly more accurate to their in-game and TT renderer color.
    • Renderer 'Reflection' default reduced from 5 to 2 to reduce skin discoloration caused by it.
    • The TT /Skeletons/ cache will be automatically cleared out upon installing this update (One-time action to get rid of old EW skeleton files)
  • BUGFIXES

    • Fixed an issue where standalone files were not being shown in the Modlist menu properly when under the 'by modpack' view type.

    • Fixed multiple issues of the model display double or triple refreshing when performing large operations (Ex. Importing modpacks, cancelling transactions, etc.)
    • Fixed issues where the Material UI would display unnecessary unsaved changes warnings when saving colorsets.
    • Fixed a prompt during start over ignoring the user's selection with regards to cancelling their current Transaction.
    • Fixed New Material names/paths being incorrect for weapons.

    • The Export Files dialog now starts will all files de-selected.
    • The Export Files Dialog now has 'select/clear all/visible' merged into a single pair of smarter buttons.
    • Added a new command to the console tools. /list - Which lists all the constituent files of a given file root. (Ex. c0101h0012)
    • Added more aggressive mod safety checks to ensure invalid original offsets cannot be saved to disk.
    • Added Race/Gender information to the names for Hair/Face/Etc. entries to make them more searchable.
    • Made a few errors during Dawntrail updates more human readable.

  • MATERIAL CREATION

    • The Unique Textures button has returned, now with proper automatic-unique texture paths for all material types.
    • The Shared Textures button has been removed as it was confusing and did not work properly/the way users expected in most cases.
    • When Loading Material Presets, "Texture Paths" and "Texture Settings" are now separated. Paths are off by default.
    • The pre-loaded material presets have had their colorsets blanked out to appropriate defaults for their shader type.
  • MISC

    • Added extra handling to try to prevent TT getting locked from failing to delete Readonly files in its temp directory.
    • Extremely old UI textures which have MipMaps when they shouldn't are preserved rather than being forced to power-of-two sizes.
    • Fixed a few niche crash/hard-error with friendlier error messages.
    • Fixed an issue where using the 'Restore Defaults' button in the racial settings editor would fail.

    • Fixed issues where Bust MaxY value for racial scaling was getting mangled in some situations
    • Fixed issue where the material's Colorset would be bashed strangely when changing ShaderPacks in the UI.
