Reproducable Research Archive for SPRM manuscript: [LINK TO PREPRINT]
Follow the steps below to reproduce the figures from the manuscript.
Please pull the associated dataset ids that is in datasets.json from globus or the hive (if you have access). Make sure that for each tissue group they are in their respective directory and within the raw_data directory.
Run the preprocess script preprocess_raw_datasets.sh once you have the raw datsets.
To generate the same figures represented in the manuscript run:
generate_figures.sh
