disktool: Optionally dump old/new partitions during commit #33

While digging for the problem mentioned in xenserver#155 I had to fix this dump() for GPT support. Finally realized that this has been fixed in master already.

Port of xenserver#156 for xcp-ng 8.3.0

If log=True is passed to commit, dump the old and new partition tables
before applying the changes. At the same time, fix up the dump code to
handle GPT partition tables.
