If log=True is passed to commit, dump the old and new partition tables before applying the changes. At the same time, fix up the dump code to handle GPT partition tables. Signed-off-by: Ross Lagerwall <[email protected]> (cherry picked from commit 7f58771)

While digging for the problem mentioned in xenserver#155 I had to fix this dump() for GPT support. Finally realized that this has been fixed in master already.
Port of xenserver#156 for xcp-ng 8.3.0
