In order to provide pervasive geographic filtering throughout the Open Skills API, we want to make sure that the data is of high quality. To this end, we should make the sure following are implemented:
Job listings are representative of the nation's jobs as a whole. This involves both taking in data from several data partners, and checking distribution of ONET occupations against QWI data.
The data is deduplicated
Question: Is it even possible, given the representativeness criteria and how the distribution of 'representativeness' changes each quarter, to define this properly without fully integrating time into the equation?
