Since Test::ReportPerlTidy is not on CPAN, adding it as a vendored module makes a local installation simpler. This requires using
carton install --cachedto install the dependencies, andcarton execto execute the scripts (orperl -Ilocal/lib/perl5 -Ilib), but it makes it possible to install in an isolated environment.
