Now that the documentation belong to the symfony-docs repo, let's link the documentation in the README.

After @OskarStark's comment: symfony/symfony-docs#19109 (comment)

Also, we discussed during SymfonyCon that this component may be moved to the the Symfony monolith repository. What do you think about it @dunglas? If it's OK, I'd like to try to take care of transferring the code if possible. 🙂

As the corresponding Docs PR is already merged we should merge this PR as well @dunglas

Also the latest merged PRs modified the README, so these parts needs to be transferred to symfony/symfony-docs
