Customizable Settings Panel with Dynamic Updates
Added a settings panel that enables real-time customization for:
Clock Format (12-hour or 24-hour).
Theme (Dark/Light mode).
UP and DOWN Arrow Colors (via color pickers).
Token Selection (placeholder; TODO).
The panel can be toggled open/closed and is styled for clarity and ease of use.
