Help Button : Javascript editor

The JavaScript editor's help button is malfunctioning: upon clicking, it turns gold, but even after clicking on reset code button, it remains in the gold color, which is unexpected behavior. Additionally, to return to the help mode, users need to click twice, which is not the intended functionality.

Is this issue fixed? It's still labeled open but I cannot reproduce this.
