Creating a Tribe
Tribe creation is only supported in our iOS and Android apps at the moment.
You can't create Tribes if you're on a Lite node, only on a Dedicated or Home node.
Also, please keep that in mind uninstalling Sphinx Relay on your node will delete your account and everything associated with it such as tribes you own, chats and tribes you are in.
- Name: Name of your Tribe.
- Image: Icon to be displayed for your Tribe.
- Description: Short description of what your Tribe is about.
- Tags: Used in https://tribes.sphinx.chat to filter and let people know what your Tribe is about mainly.
- Price to Join: Price to be paid by a user to join your Tribe.
- Price per Message: Price to be paid by a user every time they message in the Tribe.
- Amount to Stake (Anti Spam Feature): Amount of sats to be "held" by the Tribe per message, works in conjunction with Time to Stake.
- Time to Stake (Anti Spam Feature): Time to wait until your "Amount to Stake" is going to be returned. If the owner of the tribes decides you're spamming, they can kick you out of the Tribe and keep your "Amount to Stake".
- App URL: URL of your app integrated with Sphinx, this will display a popup window when your Tribe is accessed by a user.
- Feed URL: URL of your RSS feed, used by Podcasters to show their Podcasts, this basically turns your Tribe into a Podcast Listener.
