This one needed an update compared to the others, and it gives a visitor an idea of where to go for more information (issues tab).

@whoabuddy looks good to me. Do you think we should add something welcoming contributions? E.g., "Please feel free to comment on any of the existing proposals, or to make a new proposal by opening a new issue."

The more I think about it, the more I think it would be good to have a single governance "landing page" that we can direct people to - I think this could be very helpful especially for newcomers who don't necessarily have the lay of the land yet. The closest thing we have to that is https://github.com/stacksgov/resources (and maybe, at some point, stacks.org). Do you think we should link that here?
