In this release

This release implements lots of new settings introduced in the 0.9.6 version of ValheimPlus, some design corrections and updates and removal of renamed or removed older settings.

Please note that there were a LOT of changes for the 0.9.6 version of ValheimPlus, see: https://github.com/valheimPlus/ValheimPlus/releases/tag/0.9.6 because of this I would recommend that you start out with a fresh CFG. However if you don't wanna do that, this tool -should- correct the old values and disregard the old dead sections, while as always adding the new ones.
