Hi, I am trying to publish MSIS info(all the MSIS setup from stonefish) to ROS, but I found out there is one parameter not accessible, the Vertical FOV(the vertical Beam angle).
So I add this function and also a .gitignore.
Please merge it if you feel reasonable.
