I attempted to determine where Tata actually has dealerships (not just operations), and the only two countries I could verify were India and South Africa. An overpass-turbo query shows potential dealerships in a handful of additional countries, but still nowhere near a global presence.

I'm seeing a TATA "dealer" presence in BT, CI, GH, LK, MZ, NG, SN, TN, UG, ZM as per the Tata websites for those countries. However, on inspecting these in google street view, many are either small off-brand garages, or they are dealers who have more than one brand displayed outside, i.e. not dedicated Tata dealerships. I'll close this PR, as there is not enough evidence to support it. Thanks for considering it.
