@Savio-Sou and @critesjosh just the frontend was adding around 25k files 😅 so I went ahead with what we should've done some time ago and moved to its own repo

I'd prefer it not being a standalone noir-lang repo (but e.g. a personal / AztecProtocol repo instead) if we're moving it out of noir-lang/noir-examples.

Best to keep noir-lang focused on development.
