Important Note for Installation

• In preparation to publishing multiple distributions, this is the first release where git tags now follow semantic conventions, i.e. 0.8.10 vs nr-otel-collector-0.8.5. This shouldn't have any impact on end-users consuming artifacts from dedicated repos (docker, apt, yum) as they were already conforming to the conventions but clients fetching directly from github releases will need to take that into account.
