Rules engine update to axe-core 4.8.4

We have updated our rules engine to axe-core 4.8.4 (#7274). Check the axe-core 4.8.4 release notes for more details.

Bug fixes

  • QuickAssessToAssessmentDialog does not redirect focus to the trigger button after it close (#7264)
  • Failure instance visual helper checkbox in issues table does not correctly update aria-checked/checked when it is toggled (#7264)
  • In High contrast aquatic mode focus is not visible properly for "Arrow and + (add a failure instance)" button (#7260)
  • No links to needs-review doc pages? (#7133)
  • Update WCAG 2.1 AA references to include WCAG 2.2 AA (#7223)
