Cards view in Assessment and Quick Assess Automated checks

We have updated the Automated checks view in Assessment and Quick Assess to display cards for failure instances, similar to the Automated checks experience in FastPass.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed adhoc color visualizer to correctly apply styling to html elements (#6428)
  • Improved reflow behavior of FastPass count badges (#6452)
