Dependencies : Run ->  Composer install

Application Run point is in the `/public` dir.

Change the database settings in teh  `app/database.php`

1. Describe possible performance optimizations for your Code.
    I have not create a method to handle post operations.
    Also the routing can be done better.

2. Which things could be done better, than you’ve done it?
I will use Laravel(or any kind of framework for starters) . for the front end use
a front end frame work or at least use API calls and build a api in backend.
