Force immediate update by detecting change in hamster DB and touching the argos hamster script.

This is a potential solution for #4.

Drawbacks:

  • additional requirement for inotify-tools
  • momentary flash of script name in header is annoying

Really nice idea ! Thanks for the PR.
I've made some modifications in PR #6.
