Sometimes, pressing the select button will turn the light on, and stay on, but the menu item won't go to the next item.

Tends to happen more with short presses, so may be a timing variable.

Lowering INPUT_REACTION_TIME fixes this, allowing for shorter presses to be registered and output actions.
