Notes on inline docs wording

When talking about creating or updating a delegation it is usually assumed it is for a given delegator.

The user story is "a participant delegates their vote". If that's a smart default, everything else will be much easier to reason about.

delegation, delegator and delegate are very similar words, and when they're repeated a lot in the same chunk of text it can make for some tough reading.
