basic admin app

the basic admin already exists - but should support the following features:

1 user management - the ability to add, remove and set password of admin users that are responsible for the node deamon configuration
2 server settings:

• IP filtering - the ability to set up what IPs should be allowed to access the node deamon: with 2 presets: this computer only (the default) and local network. and the ability to add custom ip filtering.
• port - allow to configure what port this deamon listens on
  3 admin settings
• IP filtering - the ability to filter out admin users based on their IP (note that this is double filtering with the server settings)
