And then https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/committee-code-of-conduct/governance/onboarding-offboarding.md could use a mention of that and more clarity on the "groups.yaml" mention. There are groups/groups.yaml and groups/committee-code-of-conduct/groups.yaml to consider update. In this case groups/groups.yaml doesn't need updated, but it should be documented as needed check for add/remove.
