lualatex: Not writing to /home/runner/work/plantuml/plantuml/example-minimal0-plantuml.txt (openout_any = p; no  extended check).
! I can't write on file `/home/runner/work/plantuml/plantuml/example-minimal0-p
lantuml.txt'.

Don't know why - the directory is the checkout - isn't it?
