I have no idea why the MSSQL build is getting stuck. I should have realized that it was using hacky code for a reason and left it alone!! |

Added the quill Oracle DB container (https://hub.docker.com/r/quillbuilduser/oracle-18-xe) and fixed up the tests to work consistently with it.
This should fix #33.
