Fix bug in backup/restore.
URLs pointing to mod_page where overwritten by listgrades in backup/restore.
All backups including mod_listgrades will restore wrong URLs of the mod_listgrades instances.
Do not restore backups with listgrades < v1.0.9 (th erestore will change URLs pointing to mod/page/view.php into mod/listgrades/view.php.)
