When pressing the “mark as action taken” button, there should be an option to add a comment, attachment or reference to a received LS

Do we even have a "mark as action taken" button? Also who can see the "Action Needed", "Pending" and "Dead" tabs? Would be really good if the IAB Liaison coordinators could see them as well (I just used the sandbox and logged in as a liaison manager). Or even better, if we can assign an Action holder to all LSs. If cases where we have a liaison manager, that would be the action holder for "Action Needed", if not it would the IAB Liaison coordinators. For "Pending" it would be the approver, usually AD. For "Dead" I think we need to do a manual review and figure out if we can delete those. Should I maybe open a new issue for this?

Any data cleanup tasks like reviewing Dead statements should be another ticket.

that said, except for a few specific situation, to date, it's very unusual to delete any content that has actually been received by the organization. We do so for submissions that are never posted, so it may be reasonable to do so with liaison statements that are never posted as well.

As I said we need to manual review them; there are only 13 of those. I would think some of the dead and pending ones are duplicates that finally have been posted. I will actually create a task for liaison coordinator and then come back to you after the review.
