Add initial structure for YouTrack integration
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
This commit introduces new models for YouTrackActivityItem and YouTrackUser using Pydantic for data validation. It also adds related configuration files for project setup (.idea) and dependency management (poetry.lock). These changes lay the groundwork for building features around YouTrack integration.
