feat(dashboard): add orders and active users metrics

Description

This PR enhances the getStatistics method in DashboardService by implementing logic to calculate and return:

• Orders: The total number of orders for the current and previous month, along with the percentage difference.

• Active Users: The current number of active users and the difference compared to an hour ago.
