feat: added SignIn, AuthNav and AuthFooter components
Description:
Created the sign in page, alongside the Header and footer for the autthentication pages.

The various sections of the app should be in route groups to avoid conflicts from the various layouts
Changes Made:
Built the SignIn pages in accordance to the design.
Added (auth) and (landing) route group folders to handle the different layouts.
Created a reusable button component for the authentication pages.
