This PR adds the
example/many_featuresdirectory to our tests, and performs various assertions about the output oftach checkandtach syncon this directory.The directory itself uses layers, dependency checks, interface checks, distributed config files, tach-ignore comments, and even a fake Django settings module with a cross-module ForeignKey dependency.
