This project contains Analysis and Prediction of customer retention in order to track sales and profits of a particular telecommunications company Entire code is written in python with libraries:matplotlib,plotly,pandas,scikit-learn,imblearn,category_encoders,pandas-profilling to generate summarry of the dataset to enhance data cleaning. I used grid search to tune hyperparameters, and obtained the classification report for my model.
