This will generate a windows exe for use with git.

NOTE I've not been able to get this to work yet (claims to be cloning, but no checkout materializes). Sharing as the parser include took some digging into and it may help someone else

Can you add this PR to the mnauw fork, too. Almost all Distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch Linux...) are useing this.

@benbrummer that's temporary until the 1.x release in this repo. We expect to use this as upstream in future (Fedora).
