Summary:
- Fixed bugs that could cause generated code to throw
- Improved evaluation of abstract conditionals
- Added CLI options --warnaserror, --diagnosticaserror, --nodiagnostic
- Added full support for React.Children.map mock
- Support constructors that return an object but also throw
