Follow up of #14241
lib/iex/test/iex/helpers_test.exsreferencing a line numberTest files (especially fixtures) will be done in a separate PR since they require lots of small changes in the tests themselves.
This PR includes man files. I'm however not sure how to test the
man/commonfile. (I don't exactly know how they work...) Callingman man/commonyields garbage before the change already.
