only for windows

  1. img转换为png时使用的工具从imageMagick切换到nconvert.exe
  2. 在压缩png时,读取文件头来判断图像类型, 防止转换错误
  3. 运行时不再弹出命令行窗口, 异常信息会弹出提示框
  4. 支持tif与svg格式的转换(toPNG)
