I think we should merge the two scripts into one and then add options:
--dump-unstable=<file>: dump the unstable symbols to a text file (mirroring the behavior of "filter_unstable_edges.py")--dump-hierarchy=<file>: dump the hierarchy to a json file--no-tui: don't show the "fancy" hierarchy viewer

I think there is one feature missing from the script: the ability to load a json dump of the hierarchy and pass it directly to the viewer (i.e. there is no need to have the binary or any of the other input files, just the hierarchy dump). I think this could be useful during PR reviews to help authors debug their own harnesses, without them having to do all the manual setup.
Besides the above mentioned feature, this looks really good me. So far I've only tested it on an example program, gonna take it for a spin on some actual harnesses.

As discussed yesterday, some log messages indicating that the script is making progress would be nice.
e.g. "Read unstable edge ids from fuzzer_stats", "Dumped unstable edge symbols to <file>", ...
