Refatorei o doc para um formato específico de dashboard.
Próximas atualizações (em ordem de prioridade):
- alguns gráficos estão vazios (checar se é órgão não coletado)
- destacar meses em que órgão não prestou contas
- mostrar médias móveis em gráficos separados (usar função
ggplot2::facet_wrap) - agrupar alertas e colocá-los em cards (ver layouts e documentação no quarto)
- mapear cores dos alertas nas colunas (onde há "bolinhas" vermelhas: tirar a bolinha e pintar a barra de vermelho)
- adicionar interatividade (com pacote
ggiraph)
