feature: Proper display of message in UI when any filter result is null

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
-> I tried to apply the filter (suppose Watched) inside (say week 5) and the result was null as I haven't watched any and the screen appeared black screen making the User Experience bad.

Describe the solution you'd like
-> When the result is null from the filter, display some message like "No watched content found in this section" or anything similar to it which will make a good user experience.
