Searches [topcoder] challenge data in Elasticsearch.

Rake task that run to periodically load data from tcapi into Elasticsearch.

Create an Index

Delete an Index

Check if a challenge exists

Running Rake tasks

foreman run rake TASKNAME

This will load the environment variables from .env.
