FAA Route Program to help me learn CSV Encoding.

Credits to the FAA for the preferred routes

There are four different functions of the program.

1. You can search for a specific line of the FAA preferred route spreadsheet (Option 1)
2. You can search for a routes with one criterion (Option 2)
3. You can search for routes between two airports (Option 3)
4. You can validate routes between two airports (Option 4)

Note: All entries must be in capital letters
