0.4.0 - Flutter in the cloud 🚀

Celest 0.4 has landed! 🎉🍾

This is a big release with some powerful new features:

✅ HTTP customization via @http annotations
⭐️ DX improvements like a new @cloud annotation for explicit function deployment
👀 Our first step towards enabling running Flutter in the cloud
