Rename some straggler assets (#3294)

* Apply naming convention to some intermediate ferc assets * Apply naming convention to the remaining assets * Add straggler asset rename migration * Update root_table names in ferc1 output * Add censusdp1tract back to asset source, make 714 asset names consistent, fix ferc xbrl name order * Recreate migrations and remove entity from census assets and make them plural --------- Co-authored-by: Zane Selvans <[email protected]>
