nushell.sublime-syntaxfile has been copied from kurokirasama/nushell_sublime_syntax.Thank you @kurokirasama!
This PR also removes the vestigial publish feature. Note this code path would never execute unless you entered a token in the settings panel. The ability to enter a token in the settings panel was removed in Feb' 2024 with build 0.15.5.
