This branch gets rid of all the boilerplate HTML and JavaScript from the website builder.

It adds a simple HTML page that will redirect users to the App Store, in case were visiting the Universal Link but do not have the app installed.

I realize it's not much, and there's no design to it, but it already enables users to download the app more easily.

This tracking is not needed and not wanted on the site.
With this JavaScript, Safari will offer the user to open the
App Store, allowing them to download Go Map!!.
This will make the page appear when the user visits the
Universal Link.
