Protect Baby Monitor v0.2

This is release 0.2 of Protect Baby Monitor, a Wi-Fi enabled Baby Monitor for Android devices.

This release simplifies and improves audio playback. Additionally, a parent device may pair with a child device given its IP Address and port. This is an alternative to discovering the child device over the network using mDNS.

Kindly log any bugs on the GitHub issue tracker. Suggestions for features or pull requests with improvements are welcome.
